This Pie is Bananas! B A N A N A S

Who doesn't love a good piece of pie? Sam and I really love bananas, and pie, but we were having a really hard time trying to find a raw vegan creamy pie that was nut free. So after many searches and many empty bellies, we decided to try and create our own! Our result was this yummy, raw, gluten free, protein filled, banana coconut pie. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did! (and do)

Go Shorty!

Sam and his dad don't eat sweets as often as I do (they're crazy right?)...but, when they do eat something sweet, it is usually a huge slice of cheesecake. Cheesecake is wonderful, but it's really hard to find a vegan cheesecake that isn't made with nuts. My difficult journey searching for nut-free cheesecakes forced me to create my own and here is what I came up with! A raw, gluten-free, nut-free, vegan, strawberry shortcake 'cheesecake'!

Sam, the typical Britt that he is, absolutely loves apple crumble. He used to make it with him mom all the time when he was in England! He normally makes the crumble for us, but yesterday he asked me to make a deconstructed crumble that was entirely different. Can you blame me for being intimidated? Thankfully it turned out delicious... Sam almost ate the whole thing. I had to eat some too!
