We hope our recipes show you that being vegan is fun, healthy, satisfying, limitless, and easy. We hope to encourage others to adopt a more sustainable lifestyle through food consumption.

Adopting a plant based or vegan diet has a much bigger impact that goes beyond the livelihood of animals. We are vegan for everything: the animals, our water, world hunger, the rainforest, compassion, the environment, wildlife, kindness, the people, our health, peace, and our planet.

If our recipes and lifestyle encourage people to become vegan or to introduce more plant based meals into their diet, we feel as if we are playing a small role in producing the change that we wish to see in the world.
