Wanna Jam?

Believe it or not… the thought of making chia pudding used to intimidate me! For some reason I could never get the ratio correctly and my chia pudding turned into chia mylk. Now Chia puddings are one of our favourite things to make! Especially when we get creative with them.

Rooibos and Rose Raspberry Jam Chia Parfait



Chia Pudding:

  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Mylk
  • 1/2 Cup Rooibos Tea
  • 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
  • 4 Drops of Cilk Rose Water


  • Sorry… it’s a secret


For Chia Pudding:

  • Brew a cup of rooibos tea.
  • Let cool.
  • Whisk together rooibos and coconut mylk
  • Whisk in rose water
  • Whisk in chia Seeds
  • Pour into mason jar & seal
  • Refrigerate overnight

For Parfait:

  • Smash 1/4 cup of Raspberries
  • Place 1/4 cup of smashed raspberries at the bottom of the mason jar
  • Layer with cherries
  • Pour chia pudding on top of cherries and smashed raspberries
  • Pour in granola
  • Pour in Raspberry Chia Jam
  • Layer with more chia pudding, smashed raspberries, and granola
  • Top with cherries and date syrup
